What a foodie night at Ting Irie!
The best way to experience true Jamaican cuisine is to dine in restaurant with chef and staff from Jamaica, they will recommend the best from the large selection.
I loved all the mocktails from the menu, everything as good as it looks. Delicious Fresh Jelly Coconut my favorite no 1.
My second coctailparty called “A’Range Is The New Red” perfectly balanced orange, pomegranate, pineapple and ginger complemented starters very well.
Oxtail Cocobread Sandwich, pulled oxtail, freshly baked cocobuns topped with coleslaw. I never knew Coleslaw can taste that good.
Very light “Watamelon Salad” which was served after the Chips Oman Burger and Oxtail Cocobread Sandwich was very nice slow break before the main course. Cubed watermelon, pickled rind, cherry tomato, basil, coconut dressing, scallion oil, perfectly balanced sweet and sour taste.
The best Jerk Chicken I ever had ” Spitfiyan Jerk Chicken” rotisserie roasted chicken been served with Jamaican coleslaw and mango scotch bonnet salsa.
My recomended dessert was “Crunky Monkey” warm dark chocolate tart, dulce de leche soft serve ice-cream, caramelised banana and Grape-Nut cereal, every spoonful of delicious dessert pops in you mouth.
